Description
A bushy shrub growing 2.5 m tall × 2 m wide. Deciduous, with delightfully scented violet flowers in early winter – a must for gardens that have space for a couple planted close together. Leaves are a rich green until autumn, when they turn a rich golden colour before dropping. Also called Allspice. A classic that has been popular for many years. Part of Chimonanthus family.
