Description
A New Zealand native fern rarely found in natural NZ forest. Beautiful with an unusual deep green frond and shiny black stipe. Likes moist conditions with slightly acidic soil and good drainage. Spreads by rhizomes and clumps up once established. A slow grower with fronds reaching 35–80 cm. Part of Adiantum family.
